Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
Life can be incredibly hard sometimes. It's a journey filled with unexpected challenges, emotional ups and downs, and moments where you might feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone. If you're feeling that way, I want you to know—you don’t have to face it all by yourself. I see you, I hear you, and I'm here to walk alongside you.
Your story matters.
Hi! I’m Sandra (she/her/ella), and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen—a space where you can explore your pain, understand your patterns, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. You deserve a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are. I truly believe that each of us carries the inner strength to navigate life’s most difficult moments. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative process grounded in compassion and genuine curiosity. This is a journey of discovery, healing, and growth—and you don’t have to walk it alone.
“Viva” means “to live” in Spanish. I hope that through our work, you’ll move toward a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with your deepest values.
About Me

Council Approved Supervisor; License #63677
EMDR Certified Therapist
First-generation Latina; Bilingual
I work with adults who are seeking support in developing a healthier relationship with themselves and others while navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress. My approach is client-centered, culturally conscious, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you build more intentional and adaptive responses to life’s difficulties. I also incorporate EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy, to support healing from past, recent, or ongoing experiences that continue to cause distress in your daily life.
I am currently accepting new LPC Associates.
Supervision offers a safe, supportive space for LPC Associates to deepen their understanding of themselves, their clients, and the therapeutic process, while continuing to grow professionally. I provide supervision from a relational and developmental framework, drawing on principles from solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral theory, and attachment-based models.
