““Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.””
People often come to therapy to ease their pain—or to find deeper fulfillment. In our work together, we’ll focus on both. You deserve a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and whole.
Most of us want to build healthy, connected relationships; experience joy and inner calm; feel motivated and effective in our daily lives; and trust that we can handle whatever challenges come our way—even long after therapy ends. That kind of life is possible, and I’m here to support you on the path toward it.
Ask yourself a few questions to see if therapy might be helpful to you.
Do you struggle to find joy, even when things seem “okay” on the surface?
Do you find it hard to express your feelings, even though you want to feel closer to others?
Do you often shut down your emotions to avoid feeling overwhelmed?
Have coping skills that once helped you stopped being effective?
Do you frequently feel like you’re not enough?
If any of this resonates, let’s talk. It’s time to understand your experience and find clarity together.
Deciding to begin therapy is a powerful step that reflects your wholeness and strength. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow. Together, we’ll explore and address underlying patterns and challenges to create lasting, meaningful change. To support your well-being, we’ll also work on clear communication and establishing healthy boundaries that honor your needs.
I am deeply grateful for the trust you place in me as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a therapeutic approach that helps the brain reprocess past, recent, and present-day experiences that continue to cause distress. It is a highly effective, extensively researched, and evidence-based therapy proven to support healing from trauma and difficult life events. Often, the negative effects of these experiences can linger for years, impacting your well-being. EMDR promotes healing by addressing the distressing memories, beliefs, emotions, and physical sensations connected to those experiences, guiding you through a structured, phased process toward relief and recovery.
Let’s discuss how EMDR can help you. There is a path to healing and peace.
